If you want to open the possibilities for your team to grow both as individuals and together, you need to schedule some time with Nate ASAP. My team did a workshop with Nate reviewing our Strengths as individuals and to see the ah-ha moments happen in real time was so gratifying. In a short time we began to see what made each of us great at what we do AND where we had opportunities to understand why each of us sometimes does things that feel frustrating to others.
