I had taken the Clifton Strengths Assessment at a prior employer. However, it wasn’t until I was fortunate enough to be referred to Nate after mentioning I had done so that those results became a valuable tool for personal and professional growth. He volunteered multiple coaching sessions to help me understand and apply my strengths in alignment with my career objectives.
Nate has an intriguing ability to remove intimidation as a roadblock to successful interactions. For example, when I recently had the opportunity to interview for a role of high interest, he not only helped me feel well prepared but reminded me, most notably, that when one is invited to a table, they have earned that seat.
It is always a delight for me to connect and work with individuals exercising their passion. However, that joy is exponentially magnified when that passion is founded upon service to others.
