Dee-Dee

I have only been working with Nate for 3 months and in that short time I have gained a better understanding of the role my strengths play in my my relationships to me team than I have in the 5 years since I took my strengths course. Nate has a keen ability to at pursuing insights and getting to the heart of the emotions. He asks pertinent questions that get allow an openness to allows me to utilize my own experiences to draw parallels He also hold me accountable for my own work. His coaching is just the right amount of firm and I would highly recommend him as a Gallup Strengths Coach.
